Pollock Cove House is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay with gorgeous water views.

Maximum - 10 Guests

The first floor has a large kitchen, dining room and living room with a stone fireplace.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor with one Queen bed.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located on the second floor. Bedroom 2 has one Queen bed and two Twin beds. Bedroom 3 has two Double beds.

Amenities include: Full Size Kitchen (Stove, Fridge, Microwave and Coffeemaker). Dining Room and Table, Living Room with Stone Fireplace, Roku Television, Wifi & BBQ.

Parking area is next to the house.

Stairs to enter house and access some bedrooms.

Linens and towels provided.

Pollock Cove House is available for off season monthly rentals from November 1 – April 30.

Cooks Point House

Cooks Point House is a 4 bedroom / 2 bath home just a short walk from our main property. Enjoy ocean views and sunsets from the sunroom or outside deck. Fishing spots and whale watching are just across the street.

Maximum - 8 Guests

The first floor has a large kitchen, dining room & living room that provide ample space for family and friends to visit.

The first floor includes one bedroom with a queen bed.

The second floor includes 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - one Double bed. Bedroom 2 - one Queen bed. Bedroom 3 - one Queen bed. Bedroom 4 - one Queen bed.

Amenities include: Full Size Kitchen (Stove, Fridge, Microwave and Coffeemaker), Large Dining Room and Table, Washer and Dryer, Television, Wifi, Sun Room, Porch and BBQ.

Outside: Driveway and Large Yard.

Stairs to enter house and access bedrooms.
